Note that for the Tcl mail commands to work you need to have both the
Javamail API (http://java.sun.com/products/javamail/downloads/index.html)
and the JavaBeans Activation Framework
(http://java.sun.com/products/javabeans/jaf/downloads/index.html) in your
classpath.
