 - Rename project config files to end with "project.xml", if not
   already so

main.xml:
 - Add <history maxEnvironments="30" historyLimit="5"/> at bottom
 - Change DTD version to 9.1
 - Recommended: Set httpPort, httpsPort; enable secureComponentSupport

After initial start:

 - Move search-engine tags from project.xml to IndexConfiguration components
